Female Miniature Dachshund - Price: Negotiable in Fox Valley, Illinois

We have a female miniature dachshund that is red dapple not registered because we choose not to register her however we do have the paper to get her registered from original owner if you wanted to. She is going on 3 years old, she is NOT spayed but is up to date on shots. She is in good health but she has anexity issues and needs someone that is willing to work with her on socializing her. We use to live out in the country and moved to the city and she just isn't adjusting. She is potty trained but you need to be outside with her in order for her to go I have noticed and she doesn't like the cold. She is also kennel trained. She loves to sleep with you at night and will acutally go under the covers with you. She loves to snuggle as well on the couch. She is a very sweet dog and I love her to death but my health is declining and I can't do as much as I use to with her which I feel is just hurting her more. 
I am looking for someone that has dachshund experience, someone that will give her a forever home and someone that has the time to socialize her and take excellent care of her. I will not let her go to just anyone and yes I will check your background out. I will also meet you a couple times at least so she can get use to you first before just handing her over to you because like I said she is shy and I want to know she is going to a loving home. She is ok with other animals but she does need to get use to them so it will take a few days. If you have another dog I do ask that if possible you bring him/her with so she can get use them as well. The price is negotiable but that does not mean I will let her go for next to nothing so serious offers only please.
